活動報名與名額管理、身分確認、活動聯繫與通知、繳費與核帳、旅遊平安（傷害）保險投保、退費作業及相關行政管理。
姓名、國籍、電子郵件、電話／通訊方式、身分證字號或護照號碼、出生年月日、身分別、方案與房型、飲食需求、同房夥伴、匯款帳號後五碼，以及您主動填寫之其他備註。其中「身分證字號／護照號碼」與「出生年月日」僅供辦理保險投保使用。

Name, nationality, email, phone/messaging contact, national ID or passport number, date of birth, participant status, package and room type, dietary needs, roommate, the last 5 digits of the transfer account, and any additional notes you provide. The national ID/passport number and date of birth are used solely for insurance enrollment.
The Association adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and server-side validation and protection, to prevent theft, alteration, damage, loss, or leakage.
